Delays to Support Responses

    Our team are experiencing a very high volume of support requests at present, so it may take us longer to respond to you. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

    Please note that there's several issues relating to orders showing "In Production" which have in fact shipped out, and we expect a fix to go live very soon that will update all affected orders with the tracking details.

    Other common queries:

    • If your Etsy store is set to a language other than English, publishing products with our app may not work. This is an issue related to Etsy's automatic language detection. We'd advise sellers to set their store language to English for the moment.
    • Custom domain verification was affected by a technical issue which has now been resolved. We are working through the backlog of requests. If you are missing products after your domain is verified, please recreate them.

    We're running a very intensive process that should resolve all the "In Production" orders that have actually already shipped. Throughout the day you should see your orders show the correct status and tracking. We're continuing to monitor this.

Newer Custom Domains redirecting to BringTheLoveResolved after about 3 hours

    We have been working with our Platform service provider to fix the redirection issue where visitors to your custom domain may be taken to our primary domain under bringthelove

    A fix for affected domains (it only affects newer domains requested in the past week) is being rolled out currently.
