ShineOn - Notice history

We've identified a system issue where a small number of orders due to ship to international customers did not start production as expected. Our engineering team are working on a resolution.

Affected orders will show as In Production for a longer time than usual, and be for an international shipping address. Please allow another couple of days for these orders to ship.

If you created products a while ago, but only recently added your custom domain to Plaform, your existing products may not show up on your account. This is due to your existing products being on an different server to your custom domain.

We are working on updating our product migration tools and should have a solution for this situation next week.
